An adorning bracelet holding sentimental value, a well-kept musical instrument passed down, or a first car, admirably referred to as a classic, are worthy considerations of something old, cherished, and in continued use. For me, it’s not something I take with me but rather a place where I go.
My home is old in terms of both its age and my length of residency. Some may consider newer, nearby homes more modern and preferable if compared to the abode I hold dear in my heart. That’s okay. My home is my haven where I create treasured memories with loved ones.
