Sometimes, my narratives may require more than a hundred words. While I embrace the challenge of limiting a piece to a fixed word count, some stories are too compelling to tell in so few words. For this reason, this site includes the category, © My Musings in a Hundred Words Plus. I will note “A Hundred Words Plus” in the excerpt of longer narratives to alert readers. I aim to keep selected stories brief but enriched with additional words that allow for a robust delivery of details about the subject matter or protagonist.
